'Twas a happy birthday, afterall. Many thanks to many people, but mostly, I'd like to thank my husband. He made me giggle all day and kept me from getting sad. He showered me with wonerful presents, including a new set of these. As if the car wasn't enough. My goodness! More than anything, just having had him in my life for this last year, means the world to me. I've never felt more secure, more loved or laughed so much. Knowing I married my best friend and that he has my back is the best feeling I can imagine. Today is his birthday. I hope I can make it half as cool as he made mine.

On another note... I was informed today that we are going on another cruise. Jeesh! Someone kill me, my life sucks so bad!!!

And on yet another note. Apparently tonight was the last episode of Deadwood. :( How can this be? If you've never seen this show, you should rent the series. It is one of the most well written shows I've ever seen. Check out the Greek tragedy overtones, complete with various cast members playing the chorus and lots of monologues. It's f'ing brilliant, I say! And yet... they may not bring back next season. :( So sad.
